Our Press Release Outlet Network
Our network covers 400+ news sites in four categories: local and regional news, business and finance, industry and trade publications, and lifestyle and consumer sites. You don't pick outlets individually — each package reaches a set number of sites, and your live-link report lists every one that published.
Outlet categories in our network
Releases are matched to the sites where your news fits, which is why a restaurant opening and a software launch don't land in the same places. The four categories below make up our network of 400+ sites.
| Category | What it covers | Typical audience |
|---|---|---|
| Local and regional news | City, county and metro news sites, community portals and regional business journals | Residents and local customers searching your company name or your town |
| Business and finance news | Business news desks, market and finance feeds, small-business sections | Investors, partners, B2B buyers and job seekers |
| Industry and trade publications | Sector-specific sites for health, technology, home services, retail, food, energy and more | People who work in your industry and search by topic |
| Lifestyle and consumer | Consumer, entertainment, food, travel, wellness and family sites | General readers, gift buyers, event seekers and local audiences |
Most packages mix all four categories. A large share of the network is local and regional, because that's where a small business gets the most credible pickup, and because those pages are the ones that show up when someone searches your name.
How big the network is
- 400+ news sites in total, across the four categories above.
- Sites are a mix of sizes: metro-area news portals, statewide feeds, niche trade publications and established consumer sites.
- Coverage is national, weighted to local. Your release appears on sites in your region, your industry and the national feeds your tier includes.
- Every placement is a real page with your headline, your text and your links — not a shared archive listing.
We deliberately do not publish a public list of outlet names and URLs. Rankings and availability change constantly, and a static list would be wrong within weeks. Instead, you see the outlets you actually received, by name and URL, in your live-link report after publishing.
Which package reaches how many sites
| Package | Price (one-time) | News sites reached |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $195 | 50 news sites |
| Growth | $265 | 100 news sites |
| Authority | $595 | 250+ news sites |
| Ultimate | $795 | All 400+ news sites |
Every tier includes writing by our editors, unlimited revisions before publishing, Google News inclusion, an "As seen on" badge and a live-link report. Growth and above add AI citation recommendations; Authority adds a priority editor; Ultimate adds priority publishing and a white-label report. Named placements you can add
- Yahoo Finance placement — +$885. For funding news, earnings, executive hires and anything a finance audience cares about.
- MSN placement — +$885. Broad consumer reach for launches, openings and lifestyle announcements.
These are the only outlets we name on this site, because they're the only ones we sell as a specific placement. Everything else in your report is determined by your category, your region and your package tier.
Getting the full list
Order any package, approve your release, and your live-link report lists each publishing site with its category, status, live URL and publish date — typically within 5 business days. That report is the outlet list for your specific release, which is far more useful than a generic page of domains.
Our editors write your press release, publish it across our network of news sites, and send you a report with every live link. One-time price, live within 5 business days.

Can I choose the specific outlets my release goes to?
Not individually. We match each release to the sites in the network where the story fits, which is how a $195 package can reach 50 sites. If you need specific named placements, the Yahoo Finance and MSN add-ons are the ones we sell.
Why don't you publish the outlet list?
Because it wouldn't stay accurate. Sites in the network are added, retired and reorganized regularly, and pricing to a static list would be misleading. Your live-link report shows the real placements for your release, verifiable link by link.
How many outlets does the cheapest package reach?
Starter reaches 50 news sites across the same four categories, including local and regional sites in your area. See affordable press release distribution for how that compares with cheaper alternatives.
Are the links followable, and do they stay up?
Placements are permanent pages on our network of news sites and are not deleted after a campaign ends. Your report gives you the exact URLs so you can check them yourself at any time.
Which category will my release go to?
Usually all four, in different proportions, based on your announcement type and location. Tell us the industry and city when you order — or during editing, since revisions before publishing are unlimited.
